Commerce House is looking for a digital project manager who has a strong sense of leadership and an understanding of the digital world. This person is great at collaborating between teams and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of all digital projects from concept to delivery. They are the go-to person the team looks to when answering questions and guiding the success of the project.

More specifically, we are Commerce House, an independent advertising agency located in the design district of Dallas, Texas (with a hybrid schedule). Our clients are in healthcare, food & beverage, technology and more industries. From Fortune 500 to start-ups, we meet our clients where they are. Which means we are constantly innovating ways to change our clients’ businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Making the magic happen. Literally. But more specifically, this person will need to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Manage project risks and issues, while develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential problems.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor the progress of the project and provide status updates to clients and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
- Manage client requests and facilitate product updates across teams.
EXPERIENCE
- 3-7 years of experience in digital project management managing digital projects and websites
TALENTS & SKILLS
- Strong project manager and problem solver
- Detail oriented and strongly organized.
- Strong communicator (verbal, written, presentation)
- Experience with project management softwares
- Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) AND/OR Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Familiarity with CRM programs like Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact
- Figma
- Familiarly with different CMS’s
