Jay began his career as an engineer, but he quickly moved into consulting as he discovered a greater passion in helping clients improve their customer experiences.

This led to director positions within consulting firms in marketing and technology serving clients such as Pfizer pharmaceuticals, WebMD, i2 Technologies, Lexmark, and BNSF Railroad. In fact, Jay thrived through the many rebrands of CRM as the industry matured by creating innovative ways for companies to solidify their brands, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction through solutions that redefined the meaning of great customer service.

Jay’s passion for how technology could be used to improve the customer experiences led him to Extraprise in 2000. It was during his tenure at Extraprise he focused his efforts on marketing analytics and database marketing. In 2006 he founded Marblehead, an interactive design firm that specialized in synchronizing marketing efforts across interactive and social media channels to better connect with customers.

After spending short periods in Manhattan and Boston, he is back in Dallas, Texas with his two children and uniquely named Australian Shepherd.
